Data & Operations Analyst

We are looking for a Data and Operations Analyst to join our team at Ivee, building technology to personalize the passenger experience, starting in ride-hail vehicles (like Uber and Lyft).

This candidate will be responsible for helping ride-hail drivers make more money by implementing Ivee’s in-vehicle technology and experiential kit. The Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and performing operations-related tasks to ensure our software is running efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Compile and present relevant analytics that demonstrate key data points and success metrics for the experiential kit program.
  • Track and report on key KPIs, such as customer conversion, customer satisfaction, retention.
  • Assist in nurturing leads through the customer acquisition funnel to achieve consistent member growth in a fast growing operation
  • On a regular cadence, collect feedback from drivers with kits installed in their vehicles. Synthesize and communicate what is working well and what needs to be changed
  • Provide strategic feedback and recommendations to improve the customer acquisition and customer support channel
  • Assist in billing and processing of payments for drivers
  • Collaborate with Director of Product to define business requirements for new features and products


  • Experience working with large datasets
  • Familiar with Excel and pivot tables
  • Ambition, grit, and hustle - wanting someone to be hands-on with responsibilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Experience working in operations or as an analyst
  • Ability to prioritize
