< Sprint 2: Building The Perfect Pivot Narrative

Step 1

Finding Your Transferable Skills

We recommend spending 20 minutes on this section

Once you know what kind of job you're looking for, it's time to start describing why and how you'd be a great fit for the role.

That means figuring out which of your existing skills will help you succeed in your target career. It's your job to build a bridge between your past experience and your goals for the future, but we've put together some materials to help you lay it all out.

Our skills analysis is designed to help you learn how to do three things:

1.

Identify the core skills that link your current job and the role you're pivoting into

2.

Provide tips on how to position your skills in the context of your new role

3.

Identify key skills gaps – and learn how to address them!
