Overview

Job search is a dirty phrase – that’s why we like to refer to it as a quest. The experience can be exhausting if you don’t have a clear idea of what you’re good at or what you’re looking for.  To get started, it's important to build your confidence and take things one step at a time. That's why this first sprint is about establishing the criteria for a successful discovery process. We’ll help you clarify your goals, identify your core strengths, and start thinking about the skills you'll bring to your next role. With the right mindset, looking for a new job can be a lot less daunting!
